Chapter (CDA Body Section) containing allergies and other adverse reactions according
to IHE PCC Technical Framework Revision 11.0 - November 11, 2016.
This section MAY contain allergies and intolerances of a patient. The section MUST
contain at least one Allergy and Intolerance Entry. In case of no allergy or intolerance,
one of the 'special case' codes MUST be used.
In the context of immunzations, the substances against which the patient reacts SHOULD
be recorded. It is possible to record substances in vaccines or other substances (e.g.
egg-protein).
