Beschreibung Die eCurrentMedication Section umfasst die die möglichst vollständige, aktuelle Medikation eines Patienten inklusive allfälliger abgesetzter Medikamente, die noch aktiv und deshalb relevant sind (active medication).

Welche Arzneimittel stehen in der eCurrentMedication Section
Verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel sollen ebenso eingetragen werden wie. OTC-Arzneimittel. Es obliegt der Fachkompetenz eines jeden Behandelnden, zu entscheiden, ob ein OTC-Arzneimittel eingetragen werden soll oder nicht. Im Sinne der höchst möglichen Patientensicherheit sollte die eCurrentMedication so vollständig wie möglich sein.
Arrneimittel sind entweder Fertigarzneimittel oder Herstellungen. Angegeben kann dafür der:
  • Präparatename oder Wirkstoffname
  • Dosis pro Einheit
  • Galenische Form
  • Verabreichungsweg
  • Anwendungsschema einschliesslich eindeutiger Dosierung
  • Anwendungsdauer
  • Behandlungsgrund
  • Hinweise
  • Status der Medikation
