de-DE In dieser Klasse werden die Einverständniserklärungen reflektiert, die mit dem Dokument verbunden sind. Damit wird die Art der Einverständniserklärung beschrieben, welche das Einverständnis des Patienten für einen Eingriff oder die Verfügbarmachung der Informationen (z.B. Übertragung des aktuellen CDA Dokuments vom angegebenen Sender an den/die angegebenen Empfänger) deklariert. Siehe CDA-CH Spezifikation, Kapitel 7.3.14 AuthorizationType
Grundsätzlich soll ein Code aus authorizationtype; 2.16.756.5.30.2.1.1.2 (abgeleitet von HL7 Vokabular AuthorizationIssueManagementCode; 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.19619) verwendet werden (enthält derzeit nur EMAUTH für Notfall-Zugriff und OTH für Andere). Bei Verwendung von OTH muss der Freitext im Element originalText angegeben werden.
